Competitor does not offer VAT exclusive price

I have recently seen that one of my competitors does not offer a VAT exclusive price for their items. The seller is international (China) and is selling in the UK (where I operate). I thought international sellers were forced to file VAT in the UK unless I am incorrect? How is it possible that this seller is not offering a VAT exclusive price?

Have you checked their seller profile page - their vat number should be on there if they have one
