Small and Light problems

So i am new to Amazon by only a few months, i have listed a number of items and only came over i have one item for small and light. The problem is that i enrolled in this…its a product that doesnt make me that much profit what so ever so i decided to go down the cheaper way. Now i sent these products in over a month ago now and i have not sold one product what so ever, yet all my other products are selling. I have a range of 90 different products and they are ALL selling except the one in question. I have asked to be dis-enrolled from the programme and this is the problem. they can not take me off the programme without the numbers going down to ZERO. I have been back and forward from the pointless chats with amazon and they are not budging. for me to remove my products it will cost me 25p per item to have it shipped back to me and then pay for it to be send back to amazon again. Now these items only have a profit of about 50p per item with the FBA reducing it if i want the items back…but then they are telling me for the item to be enrolled to start i should have sold at least 10 items prior which i have sold NONE. can anyone shine some light as they have over £2000 in stock of mine that was a cash purchase for me to now be told i have to pay a huge fee to get them back if i want to take out of programme.

Unfortunately, you need to set your prices to ensure they cover the initial purchase price, any applicable Amazon fees and taxes as well as the shipping and packaging expenses or labour cost.

It sounds like you picked the wrong product for FBA Small & Light.

If you posted the ASIN, maybe someone would be able to offer you feedback how to improve your sales.

As in case you would like to have it removed, Amazon will charge you applicable removal fees, just like you already mentioned.

I’m struggling to understand how you managed to enrol a product in S&L, if none are selling.
What you have been told is correct, to enrol a product, it MUST be selling at least 10 per month.
So have you put the prices up, something changed etc?
If they are not selling as S&L, then I really don’t see the logic of changing them to full FBA?
All that means is that it will cost more to send them…
Unless of course, you are getting sales from the EU sites, but not the UK?

You literally only have two choices here.
Either you return the items to yourself or you discount/promote the hell out of them and hope they sell.
