Now the buyer is making a chargeback.

The buyer contact me several times,was very responsive and went by the name of MRS NATALIE HALL. Now it doesnt’t respond anymore. All the conversations are recorded

We have agreed the terms of the sale and she maide the payment. So I thought everything was ok.

Now I have taken to notice that I have had contacts from the same person but with different user names

They all lead to the same contact

I think I have been scammed by this person.

I really hope Amazon can find the person who is behind this scam and not take my money.

Have anyone heard of this person before?

Have you responded on the chargeback claims to Amazon with tracking details for the orders, with chargebacks it’s normal for Amazon to deal with the bank, but important you respond to Amazon.

For a small amount its ok to take chance shipping to different address but for three items worth around £180.00 , would never ship that and always refund as whatever platform or marketplace you selling on once shipped you are not covered.

Action fraud is the over thing you can do as you wont see that money again and you have gone against amazons rules so they wont refund you.

Hello

we had a set of people that were placing orders for some expensive tracksuits. Most would email saying post to another address when we refused they would go out of the pending.water
One women claimed her house was water leaved and moved to london and said she wanted it there.
We refused and sge bombarded us with messages. All these addresses where different and account names where different.
We started getting chargebacks on a regualar basis for these - almost every single one purchased.
so then we forward all the tracking numbers and the orders to amazon and let them know of this issue.
We informed them of the tracking address similar to one another and signed by another 3rd person.

So when we reported all these to amazon the orders stopped coming from these scammers.
all their accounts closed.
One of the left a review to say amazon closed his account and he did not get the item.

this may be a random person not linked to the group but was roped in as he raised a charge back.
Or was part of it and was closed.

Aamzon sometimes dont pick up on these scams they have to be given the info.

so then they sent me a email to confirm that i gave them crucial info. This is why there a buyer performance team to pick up on these scammers.
Picked another in germany the other day and again amazon closed the claims.

If you pick up things email the details to performance team with the order numbers and all the info you have on this and you bet they will be closed down.

some sellers dont see these patterns but need to be alert and make amazon aware of these patterns of buyers.

Had a buy state she didnt receive item. She is partially blind and has dogs. Her parcel was left in bin on the saturday delivery and there was a bin collection. Checked on google their bin collection is tuesday.

Reported to amazon as she said her parcel get lost or taken in bin all the time.

so amazon confirmed she is suspicious and will be investigated

since i have not heard back from her so not sure if her account is closed or she is sitting back to see what to do.
The most bizarre thing is as she emailed she bought another in another colour and messaged for a refund on the other one as not received. Tracking confirmed it was delivered and the stories started.

Please report the suspicious buyers to amazon as soon as they come. Before a chance is raised for a claim, I do this instantly and it safe guards us. Aamzon need to know about these buyers.
