Detail Page Removed - Unknown Policy Violation
Hi guys,
We are new to selling on amazon - we are the manufacturers of 5 zero nicotine eliquids and have been verified to list by Amazon for this restricted category.
I managed to upload all 5 using the inventory uploader with variations on each flavour.
The next day I was greeted by an error message on only 2 of the 5 child variations
“Why was the detail page removed? - This detail page was removed as the result of an amazon Policy violation. Please check your e-mail for specific details.”
A week later and we have received no emails regarding this issue at all and are finding it hard to get into contact with anyone about this!
We have tried deleting the listings and relisting them 24 hours later multiple times and each time it comes back with this same message. We have relisted one of them with no photos or anything and when relisted the old photos also appeared!
If anyone can shed some light on this issue we would be very grateful!

Have you checked for performance notifications on your seller dashboard?

What was the product which was removed by Amazon? Your posting name suggests that you may have an issue which was already discussed on the forum numerous times.
Electronic cigarettes, bongs or other similar products are something which is marketed to adults, they are supposed to be packaged in solid packaging to prevent being mistakenly purchased as a food or gift item, which could be given to children.
This means that they cannot depict cartoon characters or similar graphic, appealing to young people under the age of 18. And also, their design cannot indicate they could be a food item.
Check this article if you would like to learn more about what is this policy referring to:

I had the same message when listing a CD (!) earlier today.
I have never had that message before.
The CD was still in my inventory but the edit button was missing and had been replaced by ‘convert to FBA’.
I checked it again a few hours later and it was back to normal (the edit button was back and the Policy violation message had gone).
I’m assuming it was some sort of glitch.
