Organic sale rate is very low and acos is %70

Hi guys.
I started my amazon uk survey 1.5 months ago. I did vine and my product has 4.7 ratings in 23 reviews. I am selling in the competitive insole category but i still think %70 acos and %15 organic sale are low. If somebody can give advice about it i will be very appreciated. Thank you in advance
