SFP Delivery showing after Xmas
Hi all
Can someone help, our sfp items are all showing as delivery after xmas but with tracked 24 the last day would really be the 23rd December for it to arrive in time

Yes, all SFP Royal Mail users have been royally stuffed over on this.
I was expecting at least until tomorrow (Wednesday) cut-off time for sales through SFP, with delivery by Friday. To be cut off now seems extreme when Royal Mail is delivering over the required threshold percentage of orders for SFP on time. It really doesn’t seem fair but it’s what has been decided.

You have to weigh up what’s best for your business - not receiving orders for 2 days (or as many orders) or amazon giving an unrealistic deadline for you to meet with many emails of 'you’ve ruined Christmas ’ and a-z cases because RM are understaffed and over worked
