Is this possible?
I am doing my product research and I have come across a seller who started selling private label product for the first time as recently as May 2019 - within 5 months, he is now 3rd best seller and has a monthly sales volume of approximately 20,000 units with revenues exceeding half a million Dollars!!!
I am trying very hard about this seller strategy of success!! What did he do to reach this level?? I can see that he runs sponsored adds, has good images but other sellers does the same for similar products but they didn’t get to this level?? What different things he did that others failed??? SEO, optimization, aggressive PPC , what else?? Any thoughts on this???

I am sorry, but from your post no one can tell what seller you are talking about and if anyone was aware of a strategy how to achieve such a success, they wouldn’t share their knowledge.
Most of these listings are barely making any profit as the seller must be spending all of their earnings into advertising, giveaways on social media, coupons, discounts and various tactics which may not be allowed under Amazon policies.

I would say: That seller has either been building his brand outside of Amazon for years, or his Acos so high he currently loses money.
Or it’s just an extremely good product (but even then, I doubt it)
