Listing Issue GTIN Loop

Hello

I'm having a real issue trying to list products.

I have trademarked brands and they are in Brand Registry.

Every time I try and list a product, I am asked to apply for GTIN Exemption, even though I have this and have about 15+ identical exemptions - so end up in a continual loop - whereby I can't submit the listing. Same result if I begin listing from Selling Application page.

SS - zero help!

Getting a bit desperate now.
