Forced to use EVRI - anyone found a solution yet?
I know that a few people have posted about the same problem i.e. being forced to use EVRI even though you’re not onboarded with them, don’t have collections, or have EVRI selected as a carrier in shipping settings. However I’m guessing it’s only a small percentage of sellers that this is happening to otherwise the forums would be awash with topics and comments about it.
Has anyone managed to resolve this yet? My SFP stats are ridiculous, everything green except On-time delivery which is down to 58% - this is due to Amazon forcing us to send EVRI so our only choice is a drop shop but the driver collects at 1pm and we get orders through for EVRI until 4pm. Madness.

We’re not on SFP yet but these stories will delay untill it’s sorted.
You would think if not the only one that the team that deals with SFP metrics and reevaluation when it goes wrong such as non collections etc are aware of this due to volume or revaluation of SFP

I dont think there is a solution. I think you are expected to onboard with Evri.
We did it and to be fair its going ok to the point where I would rather use them than RM. One its cheaper and two if they drop the ball they pay out as opposed to RM who’s customer services seem to be on a mission to fight over every last penny.

I had it happen once and seemed to be a temporary blip. It was around my cut off time so set me into a panic. A few minutes later and it had corrected itself and gone back to Royal Mail.

Check you dhipping setting. We had problem similar to yours and check evri collection time in your shipping settings.

You will possibly have 4 option, Amazon, DPD, Royal mail and Evri.
Sat cut off time on all should be 11.30am.
Also make sure non prime orders - Option Chosen is No - PICK UP on drop down menu in shipping settings.
This should fix the issue.
