Any one had sucess on getting a a negative removed
Sent out a heavy duty dogs bed to a customer who bought a new pupppy. The puppy destroyed the bed within a day and was left a bad feedback. Can this be removed as the item was perfect when delivered

Doubtful, unless you can establish that the feedback is exclusively a product review.
Otherwise you can appeal to the customer’s better nature

That particular feedback most likely will not be removed,
I’ve had one removed that was clearly left for the wrong order. It was also the only neg I’ve ever had.

Be aware that sometimes customers cannot remove their feedback. I’ve got one at the moment and the customer has tried absolutely everything but cannot see a link in her “orders” to remove the feedback. The item was purchased approx 10 days ago.

I didnt bother troubling the buyer I managed to pursued ss got it removed took a few days and allot of messages but I think when I pointed out the negative effect this has on the customers experience of amazon they removed it. Never told them that customer was me.

Amazon Policy in knowingly to allow fraudulent libellous and dishonest feedback to remain on the site is outrageous . They may be covered legally . Morally it is disgusting. A small business can suffer serious damage to its reputation whilst Amazon enables libel. Of course if persons were to leave false negative comment on sites reviewing Amazon then things might change…
