Good morning,

Sorry if I am posting in the wrong place, as it is my first time on the forum's platform. Our company is trying to start selling on Amazon, and everything was going fine until we received an error message a few weeks ago saying, "You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated." We updated the account with a valid credit card and ensured the details were correct, but still can't get into the account. It is also sending our company verification emails saying, "For your convenience, we have provided step-by-step instructions below to submit your documents for verification:", but when I click the link, it just sends me to the account information section with no verification button or link. As with other sellers on Amazon, any link that I click (such as the "Deposit Methods" section to try and find the verification button, which I saw on some other forums) just sends me straight back to the original error message of "You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive..."

Do you have any advice on what I am doing wrong, or how to fix this problem? I have been through other forums that seem to have similar problems, but do not see an apparent solution. Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
