Cross-border fulfilment between the UK and EU
Hi,
**Cross-border fulfilment between the UK and EU will relaunch in March.
We’re currently selling in UK and US and got this email of cross border fulfillment. There are few questions in my mind which needs clarification:
-
We just have to send our inventory to UK and not to all the countries we opt to sell in, amazon will fulfill all the orders on our behalf from the already available inventory in UK. Is that correct?
-
Can I replicate my existing listings to other markets or do I have to build listings from scratch and collect reviews all over again?
-
How will taxation/VAT work? Do I have to register VAT in all the relevant markets or amazon will deduct that according to the market?
Any input would be a great help.

Yes, at a cost. It’s more expensive to use this method of fulfillment.

Yes, you can use the build international listings tool to do so.

Vat is not required for any country, that you don’t store stock in.
So if your fulfilling the orders from the UK, you do not need to be registered in any country, but the UK.

Hi Guys - looking for some guidance here.
If i wish to sell in the US can I use the same ltd company i use for amazon seller central uk account? or does it need to be a new entity.
Also what does everyone use for a bank account in the US - do you take the easy option and use worldfirst, transfer wise etc or is it better to have an official account.
Thanks for the help
