Negative comment
I received a negative comment from a customer because he did not read the description or did not understand it. He added to the comment that my product was a SCAM.

If so, you've got two reviews that state similar - that the listing stated it would last 4 hours and it lasted an hour. Have you changed the listing at all?
SCAM is actually the customer name.
