my acount has been deactivated

hi.i looking for some help as i am new to Seller Central.I have set up a new account on Seller Central for my business (about 4 months ago) . The account was fully set up and verified and ready to create a listing. One day I received an email saying Your account has been deactivated. ( reason more than 1 account ) It is not possible as I have opened my account on Seller Central first time, and my business never sold any items on Amazon.I have appealed this decision but i keep receiving the same reply ( We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time ) I do not know how to resolve it,

If do not know what other account they talking about i can not respond to the request.I have also asked the information about another account in my business name and never got any reply. I do not have the option to call and speak about it. Can someone help in that situation?

i not even sold man items recently and already have problems with Amazon account
