Cannot change listing price detail

Any-one had or having problems this morning with this? i cannot change the cost of product, when i go to edit then change it, it then takes me back and shows in the green box that it will take 15 min for update but then nothing, then when i go back into edit it is original price before change,

customer services are useless, i get no reply for anything in less than 24hours!
