New 'Order Details Experience'

Is having a tracking number going to be compulsory for all orders?. At the moment you can revert to the old format but for how long?.

Having a tracking number has never been compulsory on the Amazon Europe marketplace and Amazon isn’t planning this to be a requirement.

You can use the new ‘order page’ even if you don’t have a tracking number. Simply select the postal carrier and enter the service you are using (or at least delete the ‘null’) and then you can save.

No, it’s not but having it can help against A-Z INR Claims from scammers (we would recommend it to use tracking especially if you ship abroad, domestically speaking you may not need to use it but it depends on what you sell and to which price: for low value items tracking is generally too expensive).

Not gonna happen. Likelier AMZ will start dealing more and more with sellers’ dispatches the same way express postal carriers (such as DPD, DHL, GLS etc…) are doing now. That “USE” is an utopia.
