Removing inventory when account is deactivated

Hi

Amazon has deactivated my seller account due to us not providing a VAT number in time. We will send them a VAT number once received which could take 4 to 6 weeks.

In the meantime , Amazon has suspended our account due to an identity document missing and have told us to remove inventory within 30 days.

Due to the account being deactivated , I am not able to create a removal order of my stock which means if I don’t get the account reinstated in time , they will dispose of my stock.

I can’t get hold of anyone who knows what I’m talking about and Amazon doesn’t reply to any case logs relating to this.

Can someone please help me ?

Upload a flat-file removal order.

I don’t know what one is, have never used it, but maybe this will help?
