End of day form help please

Hi All

I have been having an on / off issue with downloading Amazon end of day forms for several months. The integration is active, I have tried un-installing & re-installing but it makes no difference.

I have 30 archived dates downloaded & it says you can download a maximum of 30 so I am wondering if this is the issue. According to a google search this is how you're meant to delete your old end of day forms, but there is no option, only download! no obvious way to delete them.

To delete Amazon End of Day forms, follow these steps:

Log in to Seller Central: Go to your Amazon Seller Central account.

Navigate to Orders: Click on the “Orders” tab.

Order Reports: Select “Order Reports” from the dropdown menu.

End of Day Forms: Click on the “End of Day Forms” tab.

Select the Form: Find the specific End of Day form you want to delete.

Delete: There should be an option to delete or remove the form.

Not sure if this would even right itself but has to be worth a try if someone knows how to delete them.
