Brand owner rights issue. Administration rights for several ASINs

Hi!

We are owner of a brand enrolled into Brand registry.

While changing attributes of one of our ASINs I faced a problem that changes are not transmitted to product detail page.

After contacting Seller Support I received a response, that rights for this asin belong to another brand representative.

I had not granted anyone with administration rights, and after an investigation it turned out that rights for this asin belong to our own merchant account with token BUT(!) for Japanese marketplace (!!??). But, we don`t have a single listing, a single offer in Japan, and never had one. All variation family that this ASIN belongs to, had been uploaded with single feed file to Germany marketplace. Seller Support team doesn`t dive into case and has no bring it to solution for more than a month...

How can I fix rights delegation, to make this ASIN administrated (and some other from variation family, that are not yet) from original German seller account?

I`m told by SPS* to make changes from Japanese account, but once again, there is no any product listed, I can`t make changes or delete that ASIN.

Hi @Ecomm,

Welcome to the German Seller Forum!

Since you were in contact with Seller Support already, could you share the Case ID with me, so I could check the details?

As a side note, I have edited your original Post to change the abbreviation for Seller Support to SPS. Please be aware that the abbreviation that you have used before is inappropriate in the German Forum, due to its historical context.

Best,

Jona
