Good morning, Amazon Sellers,

We are currently selling via FBA on Amazon (Brand owners), and we've noticed several FBM sellers under our listing. I am 99% certain that they are misleading customers by selling incorrect products, which is a violation of Amazon's policies.

Unfortunately, test buying is not a viable option for us, as these sellers only ship within Germany, and our company is based outside of Germany, meaning we do not have a local address to place test orders.

Are there alternative ways to remove these sellers from the listing? Alternatively, does anyone know of a service provider in Germany that offers test-buying services?

Order number 407-8755792-9377158, this is an order fullfilled by seller, I sent it to buyer through Amazon MCF channel, Amazon order number: S02-0145941-4863145, carrier Amazon shipping, tracking code [Modificato dal moderatore - Dati personali Rimossi], according to the logistic information, the parcel has been successfully delivered. However, the buyer left a negative feedback: the parcel was not received. I tried to contact the buyer, but the buyer never responded. The buyer never contacted me and did not request a refund. Based on this, I believe this buyer provided false negative feedback and it should be removed. I contacted Amazon support for help but it didn't work. My review history has always been clean and this feedback is now ruining my positive performance. I hope this can be resolved soon, thank you.

Amazon not only turned a blind eye to this, but also helped them blackmail.We are extremely disappointed with Amazon and feel helpless.

I am being blackmailed for my brand. Amazon is still helping this person to remove our products. This is ridiculous. Please explain this behavior immediately.
