Items in Reserved
Hello. My listing violated infringement terms and the listing was deactivated and my account health put into “At Risk” and my inventory put into “Reserved”, so I can’t create a “Removal Order”. Can anyone help me to get my items back into “Unfulfillable” so I can create a “Removal Order”? Kind Regards. Colin

Whether you can get your stock back or not, depends on exactly what has happened.
Post the notice you received from Amazon. What actions have you taken since then?
Has your account been suspended etc? Do you need to appeal?

If the 'infringement was to do with intellectual property/copyright/counterfeit product then Amazon wont release your items without either proving/appealing the infringement or taking legal action against them.

Its a harsh lesson but if you see a UK manufacturer selling a product for X price and then see the ‘same’ company selling on Alibaba selling for half the price then chances on its not genuine
Question for you - when you received your paperwork / invoices - did they have the name Gocableties Ltd on it anywhere ? if so you’ve a duty to pass the fraudulent company details onto the real Gocableties Ltd

You can use Alibaba to source legitimate manufacturers but it takes a vast amount of experience and know how. You have to use extreme due diligence and check out thoroughly the manufacturers for legality, reputation etc.
If you are looking for a cheap product to turn round on Amazon then as @Retro_Emporium has said avoid Alibaba and wipe them from your vocabulary

Thank you guys for all the help. I think I’ll put this one down to experience. I really appreciate all the responses.

@Super_Ocity are you creating a removal order via Manage Inventory ? or via flat-file ? In these instances - creating the order via flat-file has better success (although not guaranteed) - and you may need to try a few times to get the order through the system
