Packaging used to ship your parcel

So I have seen 3 examples of this now, so could be a thing.

I have had 3 parcels back, saying duties due etc. And with each one I had shipped them in eBay branded packaging (as we get it free). I think they see the eBay packaging and the Amazon IOSS, then bounce the parcel back as being wrong, duties due etc.

So if you are having an issue with parcels being charged duties, make sure you are not using packaging that may make customs think it’s not an Amazon order.
