Read onlyA customer has claimed a product is expired and I have a expired complaint on my account. After a successful Bin Check to prove it is not expired, my attempts appeal have been rejected. I have removed a violation before using a a bin check to prove its expiration date, why is it not working this time? Is there a way to escalate or for someone to look into it?
Here is the response from the bin check:
"We understand that you are facing issue with expiration date of ASIN - B0BRTRVSWF.
Upon investigation of this case, we have verified that all units for the ASIN - B0BRTRVSWF (FNSKU - X004IUC1MT) in your inventory are not expired and hence are in sellable condition.
Please be informed that the expiry date for ASIN - B0BRTRVSWF is June 6, 2025.
At the time of check-in at Amazon fulfillment center, all products must have a remaining shelf life that allows sufficient time for the product to be consumed in full, plus an additional 90 days. For example, a bottle of supplements with 240 daily servings must have a remaining shelf life of 240 days and an additional 90 days, which makes 330 days.
Therefore your units will be expired by next month."
