The customer is lying
Hello,
The customer received our product, used it, and claimed its broken. We issued a full refund when she should have gotten a partial refund because she had already used the product. Now she claims that she didn’t receive the item in the first place and gave us a 1-star review. We don’t even believe the product was broken in the first place since she said it wasn’t worth the price in the first place, then claimed it was broken after we asked some questions. Can you help us remove that review since she received the item used and got a full refund but now comments and claims she didn’t receive it?
We already opened a case but this issue is not solved and it is an urgent issue. This customer is doing this on purpose trying to hurt our brand.
I’ve been trying since morning, but the case I opened in the feedback section was closed as it was opened. I have proof that the product was delivered, but I could not figure it out in any way.

The customer did not speak proper english. We could not understand whether he wanted a refund or something different. I tried to help, first he told me that the price of the product is expensive compared to its quality. Then I explained that the product is entry level and that we do not sell the product expensively, we sell it at the price offered by amazon. Upon my explanation, he said that he used the product and that its power was insufficient, and we said that if you did not like the product, you can return it. And then he got angry and started saying the product was broken. And while saying this, he also stated that he continues to use the product. We stated that please start the product return process. And he started threatening me by saying I can’t get along with you and complaining to amazon. We contacted amazon support. He said we can issue a partial refund as the product has been used. In order not to have to deal with it anymore, we gave the product as a gift and returned the entire money of the product. A week later, a woman commented on our store, she gave 1 star and commented that the product did not come to me. We requested to remove the comment with all the evidence we had, but amazon refused our request with a ready answer. The customer was malicious. We do not even believe that the product is defective. And now we are free. We have not done any harm to anyone. But when I reach amazon, no one supports us. I want the comment that this malicious woman lied and wrote to be removed.
