Trying to Help Amazon Battle- Box Checked In Twice at FC
The 36 count box that shows up as 72 units received- Amazon isn't saying they think there's 72 units in a box that can only hold 36. Drilling down into the inventory ledger there's two listings for the same box. Same tracking number, same exact movement through the UPS system to the second including the same creation time same pickup time and same delivery time to the second. (Before you ask, a duplicate label, even if it worked, the package movement would be different and delivery time would be different, not exact to the second.) So there's the same package received twice....??

@Seller_n1mh65Ij2NT7L Hello there! Based on the information provided, it appears that there was double the units received, vs what you sent on the shipment in question. There is a chance the additional 36 units processed are from a separate shipment that you sent in, and both were received together.
Do you happen to have a Seller Support case on this? If so, can you please provide the Case ID?
Thank you!
