Inactive account to active
Hi everyone,
does anyone can help me with changing my products from inactive to active? When I was creating listing I put zero quantity on each product (books) as I had more of them and wanted to create listing first and now I want to change it to one quantity each before I send it to Amazon. I’ve changed my Seller account to active, also went to Manage inventory then Edit, add another condition and still can not changed quantity. To speak to Amazon on the phone is impossible…

Did you convert your listing to fulfilled by Amazon?
If so, then once they are received at Amazon and available for sale, they will then update the quantity.
If you didn’t, then it’s likely that when they receive your goods, they will go into stranded inventory.
Have you actually looked at the shipment, to see the current status of it?

I’ve just picked one of the options for shipping. Ok I will contact them.
And the last question, please. I have a few old books with no barcode on it. I’ve bought EAN barcodes of someone on Ebay but they don’t work. Not sure if they are fake or have to register them somewhere. There is also website GS1 where I have to register myself and pay annual fee then the barcodes are probably unlimited I suppose so. Could you tell me what to do, please? What’s the best option?
