Is there any way of finding out how much money will go into my bank account if I click “request transfer now” in the payments screen?

Yes you would have to generate reports, and work out the last delivery date to exclude them from the total shown. Then you have to work out advertising spend, any fees and so on, which you deduct unto the date you click on request funds now.

Not sure there is a simple way to do it.

Sellers registered after August 2016 will always get a lower amount after requesting an instant transfer.

This has been reported on the forums numerous times and has something to do with the Payments Based On Delivery disbursement schedule.
