Refund after closing Amazon account

I closed my business account on Amazon over a year ago but I still cannot get the outstanding balance refunded back to me ( approx £2,800) has anyone else had this problem please?

yes THEY DONT WANT TO PAY they will make u beg them by sending alot of email.
u will have to send all your life documant but still wont workl
im having same problem THEY DONT CARE i might open a case in court for that
