Organic Rankings Disappeared?

Since yesterday all my trackers showing 0 keyword ranking. all sales are coming just from ads now. Been selling for 6 months but couple days ago we got late shippmenet warning. Could it be related? Anyone seeing drop in ranks recently?

Yep happened to our product yesterday, still not sure whats going on, all ranking completely gone contacted seller support but still waiting on them. the product we sell says “amazon’s Choice…” however when we type in the phrase that the product is amazons choice for the product does not come up.
For example lets say we sell alarm clocks and its amazons choice for the phrase “Best wake up alarm clock” However when typing in the phrase “Best wake up alarm clock” into the amazon search bar the product does not come up. This is exactly whats happening to the product we sell…So im pretty much clueless as to what to do now…Product is still there but has lost all organic rank in 1 day

Yes, I lost rankings too.
I was deindexed for some and someone who is breaking Amazon’s guidelines in various ways took my spots.
Fake reviews are still king at the moment.

been contacting seller support about this for 2 days but still getting the automated replies. Even opened a different case regarding something unrelated and they decided to merge the case twice. Theres no winning with them.

Its becoming a joke now. I ran a auto sponsored campaign and they now put an adult flag on the product, which after contacting them they said they’ve removed it. Waited for 48 hours and its still there. I cant even sponsor it now to bring in sales.
Every case i open up regarding the adult flag they merge it with the organic ranking case. I specifically said to not merge the case but its like they completely oblivious to what i said. Before anyone says it, no there is no adult words in the listing we made sure about it 5 months ago with the compliance team
