I have had a 1* and a 2* feedback the last couple of days to do with the courier
1. 'Parcel left in rain'
2. 'The parcel was delivered late evening which was OK but the courier did not ring the bell just dropped in the porch so we were unaware it had been delivered potential for it to have been stolen - people should at least ring the doorbell.'
I'm worried that these are going to kill my account next month and both feedbacks are completely out of my control. Is there anything that can be done or is it just a case of suck it up? Obviously cant help if the customer is out or if the courier didn't (or the customer didnt hear) the doorbell!
Have you emailed the Buyers and apologised, maybe offer 20% off the next order, and say you will complain to the courier, etc.

You could try request feedback removal as both are courier related issues not seller related. We have had some feedback similar to this removed by requesting removal

I have had this myself and we use Amazon shipping. Asked for it to be removed and Amazon will not do so either. Sadly a default of selling on Amazon.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to remove seller feedback for both orders. Below is the communication shared by the partner team:
The feedback removal team provided you with the correct answer according to Amazon's Feedback Removal policy. The feedback on these Order ID is not eligible for removal. We'll remove buyer feedback only in the following cases:
- It contains obscene language.
- It contains seller-specific, personally identifiable information.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review.
We'll only strike through buyer feedback in the following cases:
- The order was fulfilled by Amazon: The entire comment relates explicitly to delivery experience for an order fulfilled by Amazon. In addition to the strike-through, the following statement will appear, "This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience."
- The order was shipped using the Buy Shipping service: The entire comment is related to a delayed or undelivered order, which you shipped on time by using Buy Shipping services. In addition to the strike-through, this statement will appear, "The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller.
