Partnered UPS tracking number doesn't work even the collection
Hello,
We use partnered courier always to send our inventory to FBA for a year. But this time our ups tracking number doesn’t work even they have collected the inventory.
I have contacted with Amazon, they told me that you need to contact with UPS because of sticker provider.But Seller support says you need to wait to up to 90 days.My parcel has gone UPS 13 days ago. I am still waiting for solution basically I am stuck between UPS-FBA, could you please help me with this,

How did you book the collection as presumably the tracking number worked then or did you pay for it?

so are all 16 not showing any kind of tracking?

I cant imagine anything is wrong with the tracking number else the UPS website wouldnt recognise it. It seems very odd for all 16 boxes to go missing, I have occasionally had one that hasnt been scanned and reappears later but not them all, if they were all booked through Amazon in the same way as normal, you’ll have to contact Amazon and get them to investigate.
