Seller Fedback removal
I have just received neutral feedback which was a product review however I am not able to remove this as it states it is not violating the guidelines. Has this changed recently. The option of product review has been removed from the violations list

Was it ONLY a product review? What was the feedback?
It’s still showing as a reason for removal and I’ve never had any issues:
"Amazon only removes feedback in the following cases:
The feedback includes obscene language.
The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information.
The entire feedback comment is a product review."

You can try opening case. Sometimes you will get lucky, if it was not taken automated by bot in 1st attempt

I would recommend replying to the FB in a way which will help win over the SS rep when you eventually get it appealed by a human.
ie, Thanks for the product review, you are correct the listing is for 88 number as per listing description.
