Does anyone have any experience in changing company & tax information with Amazon?

Originally my supplements business was part of our family business but we're now selling that business. I will retain the supplements business along with our clinics business which will be transferred into a new company. (We've set everything up but yet to begin trading in the new company).

I've heard it's very difficult to make the transition with Amazon. Especially with regards to trademarks etc. Does anyone have any advice/insight in what the smoothest way forward might be?
