Fba shipment problems constantly me or amazon?

So over the last year or so I every shipment I send to FBA seems to have issues with it either a couple items missing or a couple extra items no matter how many checks I do it results in the same thing. Admittedly a couple of the problems have been barcode problems what is our fault. But 99% of the time it’s stock missing or extra sent is this just me or does it happen alot?? I always acknowledge the problem as my fault but just don’t want to cause account issues. Don’t know how to get around this I checked the last shipment 3 times and still have stock missing don’t even understand how it’s possible sometimes

It is a regular occurrence.
Though why are you acknowledging the problem and not disputing it, if you think that what you ahve sent is correct?
By constantly acknowledging, you are basically admitting to Amazon that you keep making errors.

I think at least 80% of my shipments have errors on them. I always worry when I reconcile that it is just me and Amazon are going to turn round and do something extreme.
It is always reassuring to see messages like this.
I get really annoyed when I can not reconcile because Amazon say they have checked.

I don’t understand how they can get it wrong so often. I went on an Amazon warehouse tour which was interesting but they wouldn’t let me see the intake area.
