FRAUDULENT IP OWNERSHIP CLAIM

"Happy" Holidays sellers,

Another seller is claiming IP rights ownership of the brand Mielle and Amazon are as per usual facilitating this crime and have done so twice now.

I had tens of thousands of pounds of this stock sent in September within 1 day and zero sales the competing seller made the fraudulent IP claim it took weeks to resolve, even with me explaining quite simply to amazon a middle aged man from Manchester does not own Mielle as Proctor & Gamble do, fact.

It was then removed and listing reinstated, yet again I have waited 2 months scared to sell the stock until this week 5 days ago I began to sell again yet the competing seller has done it to me AGAIN.

1 week before Christmas I'm at my wits end with all this now if it's not amazon it's scumbag sellers or thieving buyers, honestly at the point where I just want to take legal action and see both of them get what they deserve.

However, my stock is now stranded my listing deactivated and I receive a REPEAT WARNING how can another seller repeatedly breaking the law be any fault bar his and Amazon's.

I want this seller to be deactivated, their fraudulent listings and brand ownership removed.
