Need to tell customer to contact courier due to issue

I need to contact a customer whose delivery has failed due to “no one in” i know from experience the courier doesn’t always leave a calling card.
I cannot see any way to contact the customer on the amazon seller hub as all options when clicking the customers name are greyed out bar 3 and they all need attachments…
Can anyone help? TIA

If there is a phone number this is one of those rare occasions you are allowed to use it.
Otherwise send a letter. Depending on how much time you have before parcel returned to you.
