No End of Day Form for Special Delivery

Amazon’s end of day orders report does not give you the required paperwork for RM special delivery. I had my postie refuse to take my stuff today which has made me wide open to losing my one day shipping offer. How do you get around this please?

Then you have bought directly from amazon, billed by amazon and therefore no paperwork necessary as its not paid on invoice

This would need taking to a post office presumably

I can’t find where this is itemised in my Amazon transactions, are you sure I am paying Amazon and not RM?

Is your RM account linked to buy shipping ?

Check reports - payments - transaction view and filter by postage labels bought on amazon

Hi I checked that - there are loads of transactions but the last one is in July, I think that is when I switched to the RM fully tracked service. Yes my RM account is linked. So I presume that my special delivery billing must be from RM?

I believe - although maybe wrong, that you only pay RM on invoice for services where you get a contracted price ie CRL and Tracked 24 and 48
standard services such as 2nd class, letters and Special Delivery are set prices and therefore usually paid for directly to Amazon

I know in the past when i have used Special Delivery for Premium Orders, I have paid Amazon directly - not RM

Edit - just checked the price for a 95g item on amazon with SD and its £6.75 - NO VAT
whereas on OBA its £6.19 PLUS VAT therefore you will have paid Amazon as its not a contracted service
