Our account was deactivated by Amazon just over a year ago with a considerable balance owing to us.
Despite many many contacts by email and call, we have been unable to get the funds owed to us. We are asked to email disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk, which we do, they tell us that the hold on our funds has been released but we may need to verify our identity, the identity verification button is greyed out so we call and they say just to email the same people again.
We have also emailed seller-verification-transfer@amazon.co.uk also with no success. And we have raised many account health tickets. All to no avail.
Am running out of options and seem to be getting nowhere. Can anyone suggest anything that would help please?
