Account deactivated 1st time

Hi, I've just had my account deactivated for authenticity issues, I've sent in receipts/invoices, bank statements and images of said product but i keep getting the automatic reply saying they need additional info. I don't have anything else to give them. Does anyone have any advice on what to do in this situation, as seller support can't do anything either.

Looking at your name 'RJM_Arbitrage', have you by any chance bought your goods from retail stores / shops ? - because if so they are unlikely to accept shop receipts as they are not full wholesaler/distributor invoices. Retail arbitrage is not the best business model for Amazon, despite what all the Youtube videos etc. tell you ! At some point they will catch up with you for not having proper invoices, and that is probably the reason your account has been deactivated, as they cannot verify a proper supply chain.

If you've taken an item out of a supply chain (i.e. bought it retail) and then sold is as a new item then Amazon are correct to deactivate your account as you have broken policy. All you can do is appeal with a plan of action saying it won't happen again and hope for the best.

Arbitrage is fine if the items are sold 'used-like new' rather than 'new' because then the customer is aware they won't have for instance the full manufacturers warranty etc as they would if they bought new from an authorised retailer.
