Cannot even contact amazon.co.uk to re-open a deactivated account.
My Amazon UK account was deactivated without a reason given. The only options in Help are:
- Submit an appeal or additional information to reactivate my account
- Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support
No matter which I choose and what I write in the issue description field I simply get an email from account-health-post-enforcement-support@amazon.co.uk saying:
"This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal."
There seems to be no way to contact Amazon UK about reactivating my account. Is there an email address or phone number I can call to resolve this?
