Do I really need THREE mobile phones to access all Amazon services

My mobile phone is connected to my personal buying account. I’ve been getting asked to add a mobile phone number to my seller account for years but can’t because it is on my personal account. Today I’ve had an email saying “you appear to buy business products so open a business buyer account”. This also needs a different mobile number, without I can’t open the account!

Seriously! How does anyone deal with this!?

i have my mobile number on my account for OTP however, for the notifications etc, i just have my landline - on both buyer and seller
