My listings are showing but can’t be purchased
Hi can anyone please help me
I have been selling media items mainly vinyl records on amazon for over 10 years now
The last week I have had no sales which is strange as its the busy time of the year
My listings are active and show up when you go into a individual listing I am having buyers mail me saying they can’t purchase items have even checked with a friends account and when you go to add to basket it won’t let you
I have mailed seller support and there reply is they can find. Nothing wrong and not to worry and give me tips on how to change descriptions to increase sales

Still scratching my head another day with no sales a week now something tells me there’s a problem I’m not convinced there’s no problem

Hi yes I agree some older listings need some time spent on them
But I have been selling on here for 10years or so not so busy nowadays as it used to be selling second hand vinyls usually on average around 40vinyls a month considerably more at this time of the year
But no,sales in the last 10days had me wondering that’s all thanks for your comments

Hi do you think it would help if I have no buy box to upgrade to professional seller at the moment I’m on individual seller as I’m winding down my stock to hopefully retire but still have nearly 4000 lines of collectible vinyl records
