My LUCID number is not working?

Hi i have a problem. I set up a new seller’s account and registered with LUCID. On the lucid website, after entering my tax identification number or LUCID number, there is information about the company and the date of registration. After entering the LUCID number to amazon, I receive a message that my number is not in the government register.

Make sure that you don´t mix up both numbers. Both of them start with DE. The tax-ID (german UST-ID) is DE+9digits. The LUCID Registration is DE+13digits.
Before you enter the LUCID no. on Amazon, you should wait one day after your no. is confirmed. I guess you have checked the registration here:
Herstellerregister (verpackungsregister.org)
If the registration is confirmed on this site, enter the LUCID no. DE+13digits here on Amazon again:
Compliance hinzufügen (amazon.de)
and click on “erneut übermitteln”.

I have the same problem. I can see our company in the register and also called with them, but amazon cant find them. No answer of the support to my case since 5 days now.

All products got blocked and I can do nothing.

Hi, could you kindly tell us how did you solve it? I send the screen shot of LUCID webside screen shot and Amazon backend EPR invalid screen shot, but it doesn't work
