A-Z Notifications

Hi all
Does anyone get A-Z notification emails? I had 2 claims over the last week due to late delivery (strikes) yet I was only made aware with an email saying claim had been granted. It looks like Amazon immediately granted claim and refunded. I checked online and apparently you should receive a notification email and several days to respond?

If there is no tracking that states delivered, Amazon will refund the customer immediately.
