Amazon suddenly giving long delivery dates

Amazon suddenly giving long delivery dates

I’ve got the handling time set as 1 day. Transit time (shipping) set at 2-3 days however on Amazon it is showing delivery date 16 - 17 January to customers (11-12 days away). I don’t know why and it’s not happened before! We are seller fulfilled.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Same. I think Amazon are still extending customer facing EDDs. It says deliver by 9-10 Jan for us when you it on the dispatch page

Thanks All, glad to hear it’s not just something I’ve done! Seems bizarre when Royal Mail are back delivering.
