Urgent: Missing Inventory Issue - No Resolution from Amazon Support

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to share a concerning issue I've encountered with Amazon's fulfillment services and the lack of resolution from their support team.
Approximately a month ago, I shipped a consignment labeled FBA15HPGGC8F to the Amazon fulfillment center. Despite providing proof of delivery (POD) clearly indicating that the units were received and signed for by Amazon's team, the inventory has not been added to my account.
I have diligently followed up with Amazon Support, providing all necessary documentation and evidence of delivery. However, the response I received was disheartening. Despite the undeniable proof of delivery, Amazon Support has failed to acknowledge their responsibility for the missing inventory and refuses to provide any reimbursement or resolution.
As a seller who relies on Amazon's services to conduct business, I am deeply disappointed by this lack of accountability and professionalism. It is unacceptable that Amazon can overlook clear evidence and shirk responsibility for their errors.
I urge the Amazon community and support team to take this matter seriously and expedite a resolution. The missing inventory represents a significant financial loss for my business, and I expect Amazon to honor their commitment to sellers and address this issue promptly.
