I need urgent help with a critical issue. I’ve been trying to contact Seller Support about a missing PO number on a shipment since May 28th, but I have not received any response. Despite providing all the necessary documents, there’s been no update from their side.
The problem is due to a bug with one of the ASINs, and the missing PO number is not our fault. Seller Support has been unable to resolve this issue.
We urgently need to follow up on this case to resolve it and pay our warehouse rent after selling these units. Any advice or assistance to expedite this process would be greatly appreciated.
