Amazon NL sales
Is anyone having an luck with sales on NL yet? We have been on for a month now and not one sale.
The advertising is not live yet so we cannot use that to boost listings.

Hi doozy,
Not a single sale yet (FBM), as well.
I guess the Dutch marketplace is still struggling with its main competitor over there (Bol.com).

I too have mentioned Bol.com a couple of days ago on another thread (https://sellercentral.amazon.de/forums/t/amazon-nl-anybody-having-any-success-yet/274468/5) as what I believe would be the main reason.
And I must say I tend to order with Bol.com quite often myself, I gave Amazon.de a try this weekend (Amazon.nl did not have the listings I was after) because although we sell on Amazon I rarely buy through Amazon myself, I ordered last Friday at 2 pm, all items to be dispatched by Amazon, this morning (Tuesday) the order still had not been dispatched, I have now ordered the same items on Bol.com this morning and the items have been dispatched already and will be delivered tomorrow…making me wish I had done this straight away on Friday.

Wow, thanks for the replies.
This news is depressing I was really hoping for it to be a good market place, I guess we have to give Amazon a chance to push ads and such considering they are not offering advertising yet they must be stuck in start up mode still.
I hope it picks up sooner than later
Good luck to all, I am going to check out Bol seems to be the thing to do, lol

I’ve had 3 sales altogether, but 2 in the last 3 days. The optimist in me is saying that things are picking up!
3 sales has got me ranked at 1200 in gardening, so i don’t think anybody is getting any serious sales volume yet.

Nothing serious here yet (2 orders), costs of the account € 39,- are higher than the revenue.
I do not know yet but maybe Amazon is not for the Dutch. Complex account, bad support and paying for an account and extra for marketing costs to get the product higher in rank. I guess most Dutch are against this way of doing bussines. Bol is so much better and way ahead in customerservice. Anyway i will keep trying until the end of the year maybe it will get better?
