discussion.As posted last week our account remains deactivated. For selling postage stamps that were not Authentic. And who did we buy them from ........ AMAZON PRIME. We now understand its against Amazon policy to buy from Amazon and resell that item and have sent in the invoices and admitted our infringement. Amazon however will not accept their own invoice and keep asking for more information. To make matters worst they have blocked our communication with customers who are having lots of fun claiming refunds as the last two days sales did not have tracking uploaded. Even though we can see all of the items were delivered. Thank you Amazon.

On the previous post you said you brought them from eBay?
There are lots of fake stamps sold on both eBay and Amazon so it is not the best source for buying stamps for resell. Did you check the authenticity of the stamps before you listed them?
On the previous post you said you were selling used stamps.
Amazon won't accept either Amazon Prime or Ebay invoices to resolve this issue.
Do you have the option to acknowledge the infringement as sometimes this is the best way to get it cleared off your account?
