Read onlyI’ve been trying to list a new product since 22 Aug. I’m a new seller and this will be my first product on Amazon. I keep getting an error whenever I submit my listing. I raised a case on seller central on 22 Aug and whenever I ask for an update, I’m told an internal team is looking into this issue.
It’s now 11 Sep and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Apparently this issue is affecting anyone trying to list a new product. Has anyone else been impacted? Or have I just been told this so I stop asking for updates?
Any advice on how I can get my product listed will be much appreciated.
